A hand-finished American luxury coupe created by Ford’s Continental division. The body, powertrain and equipment distinguished this version from related mass-produced models.
Its central mechanical specification was 368 cu in (6,0 l) Lincoln V8; period output is usually cited as 285 hp i 1956 (oppgitt SAE brutto). Factory ratings from the era require care when compared with modern SAE net figures.
